Could you deliver leaflets like this one?

After a certain amount of consultation and some field testing, this is the design of general leaflet available if you would like to hand some out or stick some through letter boxes.

The leaflets are fairly stiff card (certainly not floppy paper), A5 size and look rather good (even if I say so myself).

It will be delivery costs rather than production costs that might limit availability of supply. However, of course these leaflets cost money and they are available because of generous donation from many of you. If you can’t deliver any leaflets yourself, but are keen on the idea, then please consider donating some money to their production and delivery costs.

If you could deliver at least 500 such leaflets before 15 September (I delivered 250 before breakfast yesterday in my neighbourhood – it’s good exercise) then please email me ([email protected]) with details of where you live and how many you could cope with.

  1. I’d like to help with this plus – I like walking! Will check my availability Mark and hopefully email you before end of this week.

  2. Even having a few on your person to hand to acquaintances would be very useful. Over the past few weeks I’ve bumped into quite a few old faces that didn’t know about the petition, but were interested once I told them. Having a card to hand out would be great, as well as putting them through doors, handing out at stalls/events etc.

  3. Done lots of the YDNP ones in East Witton; Carperby; Askrigg; Appletreewick; Eastby; Embsay; Airton; Calton; Hetton; Addingham; Ilkley. Targeting more villages next week. Overall, have been well-received.
Tell that Gethin with the strange hat that I have got off my bottom!

  4. Mark, I can do 1,000 and I’ll pay for the cost of them. I’ll collect them from you at Birdfair. My area is Shepperton/Hampton area – plenty of bankers!

  5. Yorkshire Dales leaflets delivered to Aysgarth, Garsdale and Kirkby Stephen. Happy to do as many as you want around the Derbyshire Peak District.

  6. I’ll take 500 Mark. Will you have a stash at Rainham HH Day? I’m just thinking saving postage. Otherwise I’ll email you my address.

  7. I had 1000 A4 leaflets printed in colour and folded in half last week. They have been produced with a local theme and they are due to go out next week. I will keep an eye on the petition and will have 1000’s more printed and delivered if they produce good results.

  8. I don’t know how practical it would be, but ideally it would be good to recirculate the leaflets.
