Where are they, says Henry.

We popped around to see the SLE, Scottish Land and Estates, but there was no-one in. Henry doesn’t really get weekends.

He had a look through the window and  couldn’t see any sign of life.

Henry asked me why there was a Job Centre Plus just round the corner and I really couldn’t say.

I told Henry that the SLE boss, Doug McAdam, is a great fan of the Hen Harrier but Henry said he’d seen the figures for Hen Harrier numbers for Scotland and really wasn’t convinced.

It’s a pity that the SLE weren’t doing overtime as Henry had a list of questions for them. Things like, ‘Why are there so few Hen Harriers on grouse moors in Scotland when Langholm shows the potential?’.

Actually, we all know the answer to that one.
