For any work like that to have been undertaken, you would have thought that there would be risk assessments, method statements and a statement of purpose. These documents, together with all of the appropriate permissions, gained prior to any work starting, would give sufficient information to reply to Mark’s questions by return of post. Perhaps not eh ???
