My publisher tells me that the paperback (updated 2016) edition is down to its last 250 or so copies in the warehouse so they will soon be gone (for a start I’m going to order a bunch of them on Monday!).

Fantastic news that the paperback edition is nearing sell out. It’s been a fantastic piece of work and a very useful resource. Sources are referenced, unlike those peddled by spin merchants who seek unregulated slaughter underpinned by wildlife crime.
