I saw some birds:
House Sparrow (5), Long-tailed Tit (4), Blackbird (3), Blue Tit (3), Dunnock (2), Coal Tit (2), Great Tit (2), Collared Dove (1), Robin (1) and Goldfinch (1).
Several species I expected were missing: Starling, Jackdaw, Woodpigeon…

Yes! As I live in a flat with no garden, I did the Birdwatch in a small (three hectares) riverside park. I was pleased with the number of species, but concerned about the low numbers of individuals of each. I too was surprised by the lack of jackdaws and starlings. We saw:
Woodpigeon (2), Great Tit (2), Carrion Crow (2), Blackbird (3), Robin (1), Chiffchaff (1), Long-tailed Tit (2), House Sparrow (2), Song Thrush (1), Goldfinch (3), Magpie (3), Jay (1), Great-spotted Woodpecker (1), Greenfinch (1), Mallard (2), Wren (1), Feral Pigeon (1), Goldcrest (1), Dunnock (1), Little Egret (1), Sparrowhawk (1), Grey Wagtail (1), Kingfisher (1), Green Woodpecker (2).
