I’ll be tracking this case

midhopejan2015I’m grateful to the PDNP for coming back to me, a member of the public, very quickly with information on the retrospective invalid planning application for the track pictured above and written about back in May.  This is now an enforcement matter and therefore not in the public domain, but I’ll be checking regularly to find out the outcome.

After all, many readers of this blog commented on the planning application.  Watch this space.

  1. Notwithstanding the planning irregularities, this is an unsuitable product to use on anything but firm, fairly level ground. I have experience using it on a large grassy area to protect the ground from parked cars . The trouble arises with any wet areas which become progressively softer with the passage of vehicles which act as a sort of pump every time they pass over. The ground quickly takes on the consistency of porridge.
