Back in court a week today

We’re back in court a week today (on 17 January) for the last, the third, day of our judicial review hearing in front of Ms Justice Lang. The hearing is in the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand and is open to the public. For the first two days we were in Court 18 where the public gallery was full (c20 places). The hearing will start at 10:30 and the court will be open from 10:00.

We begin by hearing more from Natural England’s barrister, Paul Luckhurst.

This is what Raptor Persecution UK wrote about Day 1 and Day 2.
