Bird/poultry flu update

So now, it seems to me, that the counties with positive records for wild birds (shaded pink) and the locations of positive records from captive birds (poultry farms, captive bird collections and bird rescue centres) is roughly as follows:

  1. Presumably you never hear Mute Swans complain.
    Also I can’t see any reported deaths in Northamptonshire so far. Is that some sort of Avery effect.?
    Do the blue areas reflect the density of big free range poultry farms?
