Mark – the Passenger Pigeon was obviously allowed to go extinct because it was a user of services rather than a provider of services like the ones in Ralph’s cartoon!
‘Passenger Pigeon’ was rebranded by Transport for London as a ‘Customer Pigeon’ – which I suppose from the way they are treated are just bog standard pigeons
