Thank you to all those in Scotland who have signed the e-petition on the Westminster government website calling for a debate to ban driven grouse shooting. We’ll do the same for you if you need it!
We see the usual pattern of signatures in Scotland – many more in rural areas than urban ones, and plenty of signatures in rural areas associated with driven grouse shooting.
In the image above I can point out two new features of the site – when you place the cursor over a constituency it is now coloured politically (you can see the Conservative seat in Scotland highlighted above) and Northern Ireland is now added to the map.
Please spread the word in Scotland amongst raptor workers, ramblers, nature conservationists and others to sign the e-petition to ban driven grouse shooting which closes sometime on Thursday.
