Whose going to fit these devices and have they got the Licences to do it from NE?
Robin – the personnel are and will be licensed. Kind of obviously.
There’s probably a good likelihood that this project will deliver significant outcomes unlike the dodgy variations being delivered by ‘fake’ conservation organisations in association by the guardians of wildlife?
Shame that integrity and principles are rare species these days?
