  2. Last time you mentioned Hen Harrier ales I tried to buy 6 bottles as a show of support. Three turned up. I called and they were very apologetic, apparently the delivery company they use occasionally drops a parcel, or a few bottles “go missing”, and this is what seems to have happened. The repackaging was a giveaway that something untoward had happened after my order left the brewery.

    Sincere apologies were offered and they promised to send me replacements. That was over a year ago and I’m still waiting.

    The beer was excellent, but the service was not.
