1. You would think, or perhaps not, that Nicholas Soames would have been more aware of the result of this case and that no costs could be recovered from the plaintiffs. It confirms all previous suspicions regarding the IQ of said person.

2. Mark – TWO cases are referenced. Which ones are those?

   1. Lizzybusy – both RSPB and I took cases on the same subject.

3. It’s hard to see how it would be ethical, moral or in the public good to seek to penalise citizens or organisations who stop an official agency from misapplying the law. On the contrary, they should be commended and compensated for any expenditure.
