Here is Henry Morris, with a very painful Achilles tendon, leading the pack of runners up the finish after 200km of running across the grouse moor killing fields of the north of England at 2pm today.
Henry covered all the 200km and was accompanied by a range of friends, family and supporters for parts of the marathon run. Well done and thank you to all who contributed!
Not slow at all!
And there was a welcome pint at hand.
As Henry said:
We’ve run a long way, my legs are killing, but we’ve done it. Forest of Bowland to Washburndale, 4 days, 44 hours on my feet, scores of missing satellite tagged raptors and £9000 raised! Thank you for all your support and more importantly, raised awareness!

Henry’s tag didn’t mysteriously fail… Funny that…
