I think ‘Twitcher’ may take exception to being referred to as ‘ancient’!
The ‘Changing Naturalists’ article about how the way we study nature has changed from detailed studies over a long time to mainly short-term geographical studies is very good. Thought provoking about how our knowledge of certain creatures is impoverished by the change.
Its onn my midwinterval reading list with my Rare breeding bird issue of BB………..I always read Twitcher first, then the recent reports (none-vertebrate) then work through the articles front to back…..
