Thank you 🙂
Any idea what happens to all those imports of gamebird chicks once the UK is out of the EU?
Good for WJ. Full support.
Interestingly I found out recently that my local estate (Glan Usk estate, home of the Green Man festival) has given up its commercial pheasant shoot and isn’t releasing captive birds anymore. It was only when I looked into it that I found out the estate was victim to one of the worse wildlife crimes in Wales a few years ago where several buzzards and red kites were poisoned by an unknown third party and the bodies dumped at their game keeper’s cottage near the pheasant pens. The estate were appauled that someone would do such a thing of course. Still it’s interesting that they have stopped most shooting now in favour of keeping the Green Man organisers and festival goers happy.
