We’re going back to court to fight for Hen Harriers – this time to the Court of Appeal to challenge the judge’s decision in our judicial review over brood meddling. These things take quite a while but this is not the time to give up. We have a good chance of winning on appeal (not a certainty by any means, but a good chance).
I’m looking to raise £10,500 to cover the costs of the case, which will be higher if we lose. I’ve just put £250 into the crowdfunder and there is another £3900 or so coming from a previous successful legal challenge I took.
Please help to fund this action – we are in court on 17 and 18 March.
The RSPB is also appealling the judge’s decision and so they obviously think it is worth the appeal too.
