Last week:

This week:

And yes, it’s still an utterly beautiful yet terrifying curve. Last week cases increased from 48,000 to 84,000 cases – an increase of 36,000. This week, cases increased from 84,000 to 120,000 – an increase of 36,000 cases. In other words, the same number of new cases but that, of course, represents a slowing down in the rate of increase.
About 17 days ago the UK had notched up 43 deaths/million population from coronavirus;

And a week ago that figure had risen to 156 deaths/million;

And now that figure is at 237 deaths/million;

By the way, China is on 3 deaths/million population and South Korea on 5 deaths/million population.
