  1. The wilfully blind, doing sweet FA in real terms to protect hen Harriers or any other regularly persecuted wildlife on grouse moors. What about all the disbenefits of DGS management both for local communities, water quality, climate change and real biodiversity.
That’s the Tories for you, without principle beyond money, bought and paid for by vested interests.
We will just have to keep supporting the campaigning then.

  2. What a disgraceful letter. It really demonstrates all the vested interests of the Tory Party that lie behind driven grouse shooting and all the criminality that is associated with it For the Toris every thing is money, money money, devoid of principle and of what is right. Their words about the benefits of DGS are of course absolute hog wash.
So the campaign goes on to show up to the general public the cruelty, the environmental destruction, the mass killing of other birds and animals that live on our uplands and the criminality which are all part of driven grouse shooting.
What a dreadful lot this Government and DEFRA are.
