Reuters is quoting a recent newspaper report that the government is about to set up a panel to examine the issue of judicial reviews over the next few months.
The report also mentions that Johnson aims to curb the scope and power of judicial reviews.
Looks like Wild Justice (and some others) have touched a nerve!
I had heard that too, typical of a right wing government not wanting their the laws or the applications there of challenged by the ordinary public. They think our say via the vote every 5 years or so is more than adequate.
WE are all hugely supportive of the efforts of Wild Justice to bring some semblance of sanity to our wildlife laws and regulations Mark. Even if it means you Ruth and Chris having to read some less than exciting legal documents. Keep up the good work.
