Henry goes to Holkham

Fri 24 April Copy

Henry likes going to posh houses. He enjoyed his visit to Holkham Hall where he saw Buzzards and Red Kites flying over the parkland. That’s a very good sign of progress don’t you think?

Henry did think that the Palladian revival architecture was slightly marred by that large marquee thing – is it a tea room?  He preferred Chatsworth. How many other big houses might Henry get to over the next few months – for yes, we are nowhere near the end of Henry’s travels.

Vote for Hen Harrier as our national bird.

  1. Perhaps Blenheim Palace for the Game Fair? Should be about time for a little something!
