Just two days to go before our e-petition to ban driven grouse shooting closes at midnight on Thursday. After that I’ll write about something else, here, for a while!
But it’s clear that this campaign is going out with a bang and not a whimper. Yesterday we added 700 signatures which if we maintained that rate of signing today and tomorrow would get us to 34, 100 or so – tantalisingly close to 35,000 (but then there is always another milestone down every road until one arrives at the destination).
Thanks to everyone for signing and helping in a wide variety of ways. We really are building a movement here.

I have written a few pieces on Hen Harriers and the need for the ban.
Nothing new for readers of this blog or RPS (my main sources) but to keep the ball rolling for 2 more days please forward, tweet etc.
