Thunderclap

proxy

Stewart Abbott has started a thunderclap to promote the e-petition to ban driven grouse shooting.

It’s already well-supported (thank you all!) but everyone who joins it helps to spread the word and recruit more supporters.

If you are active on Twitter, Facebook or tumblr then please consider adding your name to this thunderclap and that will help spread the word.

Thank you!

And thank you Stewart!

  1. Deriving pleasure from the killing of any animal is barbaric and belongs in the stoneage, this is not a sport.

    1. Mike – if you click on the link it should become apparent but…

If you partake of social media such as Twitter or Facebook then you will have friends/followers to whom you can broadcast messages such as ‘I had a nice walk/bacon sandwich/pint of beer/argument/snooze’. A Thunderclap is a pre-determined message that by signing up to it, will automatically be sent to all your contacts/friends and at the same time to those of everyone else who has signed up. So the same message goes to lots of people at once and is a bit like a clap of thunder on social media. Does that help?
