  1. In case others do not know, Rannoch was one of two chicks who fledged from a Perthshire nest in an area owned and managed by Forestry and Land Scotland in July 2017. Her tag was fitted in partnership with local members of the Tayside Raptor Study Group and Forestry and Land Scotland, who monitored the nest together. Her body was recovered on 2019 after stopping transmitting on 10th November 2018 but resumed when it was recovered by RSPB Scotland. It is clear to me that such traps need to be marked, in the same way as snares have to be in Scotland. I will ponder how I can urge this to happen in an effective way.
