As a Welsh resident in the middle of a large commercial shoot but living next to a SSSI, what the Welsh government decide to do is extremely relevant. I know that I would like them to go the whole hog having banned release on Gov’t land and ban it altogether but I don’t think they will do that sadly. It will be awaited with bated breath however, whatever they do other than nothing it should be an improvement.
