Ruckus near St Ives

A bit of a ruckus has kicked off in Cornwall over work being carried out at the hotel where the G7 summit is to be held in Cornwall in June.

Is the hotel breaking planning regulations, have ancient trees been felled and are Badger setts affected?

The G7 meeting is expected to coincide with the hand-in of the joint NGO #stateofnature petition https://bit.ly/3kjLIsX sking for an amendment to the Environment Bill.

  1. The green credentials of this government potentially shrink even further into oblivion, sadly not surprising.

  2. Let’s fave it this Westminster Government has not the slightest regard foe conserving our wildlife and nature. They are destroying nature wholesale with HS2 and everywhere else such as in Carbis Bay in Cornwall when If gets in their way. Their words in respect of preserving nature and wildlife mean absolutely nothing and in fact amount to a huge deceitful exercise.
