Try asking Guy Smith, he’s seems to have taken up a role as the unofficial spokesman for Syngenta.
I know the answer to this. It is always ‘commercial confidentiality’. Big agro hides huge amounts of scientific data behind this get-out clause. It’s time the law was changed to put all agrochemical risk assessments in the public domain. After all, it is the public that is at risk.
