Here is a response from NE to an information request from myself to follow up an earlier one.
We discover not very much in the first answer, and that the MoU has not been renewed a year after it expired from the second answer.
This is another example of an information request, a pretty straight forward one, being answered on the 20th working day after receipt (see here).
I’m sure that NE must be aware of the Information Commissioner’s guidance on Time Limits for Compliance, but if not I’ll draw their attention to this, particularly para 28:

I suggest you ask for the names and roles of the Natural England staff members on each of the priority delivery groups that they say they belong to (they claim in their response to you that they sit on all of them). You might (?!) be surprised.
